Seen from the different restrained conditions, such as the transmuting functions, the requirement of space, the effect of economy and policies and so on, the devising theories and means of recycle of outdated industrial structure are concerned across-the-board. Then , there is a practical example: in the passage, by means of investigation and engineering model, the author provides some feasible and worthy schemes for reconstructions and recycles of main industrial rooms of the First Electronic Industries Factory in Cheng Du considering limitations such as economic, policy, history value of outdated industrial architectures, technology and construction materials.According to the different useless, renovation of the old industrial buildings is classified and analyzed, analysis of three summed up in a manner suitable for domestic and discusses how to use these renovation conditions, and this in three ways: renovation of old industrial buildings for commercial buildings, Residential buildings, culture and the arts buildings . Finally, the author sincerely hopes that not only could this treatise supply meaning prototypes with those who want to make the outdated industry recycled and then prosperous, but some unenlightened and impoverished areas, in which there are many undated and abandoned industrial rooms, could also take advantage of the creative train of thought derived from it.
