With the dramatic increase in world population, the world's major cities in every land tension and environmental degradation are currently facing the problem. Urban centers often have a problem that they are the focus of the lot. Geo-space development and utilization of the comprehensive improvement of the urban problems are one of the important ways. Subway hub and urban centers, inextricably linked with the urban center because of its geographical reasons, often have a metro hub. Subway hub in the development and improvement of urban Geo-space would promote further development. Along with the construction of metro cities, a new trend has arisen that there is a feature-based hub of the metro city center Geo-space development of new trend. Geo-space planning and design vision of sustainable development should make a detailed analysis of feasibility studies, to reduce blindness, and strengthen forward-looking, because of the "irreversibility" of Geo-space. Preliminary studies have important practical significance.Using systems theory, in this article we regarded the central area of the city subway hub-based functional construction of Geo-space as a system, and could conclude the essentiality of Geo-space planning and design of the city central area subway hub, considering the characteristics of people, urban Geo-space development, urban central area of ground space, subway hub, such as the impact of various factors. These elements include functions, spatial structure, and user-friendly design. These broke through the limitations of lack of co-ordination thinking on the traditional Geo-space design with specific conditions. And I hope it helpful for the metro planning guidance of the central area of future urban Geo-space in the hub.
