| With the increasing of the tanker measure requirement, the impact of the deformation on volume when tanker full-loading has attracted attention .This paper analyzes the relationship between the influence of the deformation curve,numerical size and shape on the volume, then puts up to use the operational index,measurable value—hogging and sagging value to connect cargo hold structure deformation curve and volume correction, building the relationship among cargo load,hogging and sagging value,deformation curve in the cargo hold and volume correction.This paper studies the oil tanker as an example on structure deformation and change of volume. With the method theory analysis combining numerical value simulation through the real ship's total longitudinal bending analysis and finite element analysis to calculate the liquid cargo tanker's structure deformation, then simulate and calculate the volume by generating three-dimensional shape. Aim for studying the integrated size of structure deformation and the amount of volume variation, and on the aspect of the amount value it's clear that how much of the influence that structure deformation do to the liquid cargo tanker's volume, whether the influence can be neglected or donot need correction. Finally give some suggestions for reference.The final results suggest : when full-loading ,there are some regulations on hogging and sagging value,structure deformation,volume variation and volume correction. Considering the same type ship, we can quickly get the deformation,volume variation and volume correction according to the measurable value using the already statistical regressive function. The influence is so small that we could neglect it when full-loading .The influence from uncertainty factor is also small. This paper offering the reference and basis to study further on the influence and correction to the volume . |
