| Orderly development of the urban transport system needs the balance of dynamic and static traffic facilities, both are inseparable. Parking facilities planning plays a essential role in ensuring the orderly operation that can not be ignored. As people are realizing that the complexity of the transport system and the impact of traffic planning based on complex systems theory, parking facilities planning have been evolved into a complex integrated system engineering problem.This paper analyzed the reality and the background of urban parking problem, point out that solving parking problem must penetrate the phenomenon to look at the essence. Then introduced the complex systems theory ,based on this analyzed the structure of parking system, considered that parking system is a giant complex system; Basis on the analysis of parking supply and demand, qualitative analyzed the types and proportion of parking facilities, bulit parking choice behavior of multi-objective of the collaborative model for quantitative analysis of parking facilities. Then analyzed the complex mechanism of parking layout, pointed out that the layout of parking facilities in the form of a parking system is self-organizing and heter-organizing with the composite process, and combine the self-organizing of parking system, established a multi-objective optimization simplistic off parking facilities model of the location, using smart heuristic ant colony optimization algorithm for calculating the model. At last quoted HuangShi City as an example for the analysis and research, application of the model established types of parking facilities in the proportion and layout of urban parking facilities. |
