Research On Optimization Method Of Cabin Location Layout Based On SLP And GA

The layout of ship's cabin is an important part of the layout of the ship's cabin.On the one hand,good cabin position layout effect can ensure the efficient running of the ship system;on the other hand,layout reasonable method can improve the efficiency of ship compartment layout,so as to shorten the shipbuilding cycle to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The traditional location and layout method is mainly based on the experience of the designer,with the help of CAD's repeated drawing,until the satisfactory results are achieved,the layout method is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also the final scheme is not necessarily the best.On the basis of the traditional position layout method,a method for optimizing the location of a ship's cabin is proposed.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,based on the study of various location methods,select the classic method of factory layout in system layout method and intelligent optimization algorithm-genetic algorithm were used as model in this paper preliminary layout position of the cabin building method and layout optimization method,and the related theory of research.Second,taking a teaching practice 13 compartments ship living area as the research object,combined with the system layout method and two-dimensional production facility layout theory of simplified model for the cabin location layout problem and draw the cabin location layout simplified model for the preliminary,room layout optimization mathematical model of a basis for the next class.Third,combining the layout method of workshop equipment layout and the important index of ship cabin location layout,the mathematical model of cabin location layout optimization is established.In view of the characteristics of the mathematical model,the coding scheme of the genetic algorithm is improved and the improvement of the algorithm efficiency is based on the premise of improving the efficiency of the algorithm.The improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the cabin location,and the results of the analysis prove the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.Five better location planning schemes are obtained.At last,the five optimal schemes are evaluated with AHP,and the layout scheme of cabin location which is most likely to be applied to the actual cabin layout is selected.In summary,this paper introduces the concept and other fields of engineering technology,explores the solving method of parameter optimization of ship cabin layoutposition,the method of ship cabin layout research in the field of computer application and research has certain significance and value.
