Static storage is difficult to meet the production requirements because of the rapid development of science and technology.As a result of high space utilization and strongstorage capacity,the use of computer control and management of enterprises to facilitate the implementation of modern management,three-dimensional warehouse becomes the enterprise logistics and production management indispensable storage technology.In order to meet the production needs,improve production efficiency,and adapt to the development of social productive forces,intelligent three-dimensional warehouse takes an important part in the development of modern enterprises.Intelligence stereoscopic warehouse is integrated automation control system,which based on the single roadway stacker double shelves for the model of three-dimensional warehouse,dominated by industrial control technology of PLC control system.It also has servo system,frequency conversion,and human-computer interaction technology complementary.The system implements a variety of goods to identify the three-dimensional warehouse of goods automatically out of storage,monitoring the storage situation,and the picking path to optimize and improve work efficiency.The following are the details:Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation and research direction of the three-dimensional warehouse,and sets out the requirements of the three-dimensional warehouse system and designs the system scheme.In the hardware,it counts I / O allocation of intelligent three-dimensional warehouse system,and introduces its hardware circuit.In the software,it completes the three-dimensional warehouse software design according to the control requirements.Through the PLC control technology to realize the automatic control of the system,from the system software design to the sub-module software design,it completed the three-dimensional warehouse system initialization program,emergency processing system,communication system and identify a variety of goods storage,according to functional design of single automatic picking.Secondly,the design of human-computer interaction system has been improved.The use of touch screen can control intelligent three-dimensional warehouse,not only complete the storage / out of the library operation,but also realize real-time monitoring,warehouse situation,replenishment of goods,improve work efficiency.Finally,on the basis of realizing the automatic control of the three-dimensional warehouse,the operation efficiency of the stacker is improved by the FX-20 GM expansion module control.In addition,the PC optimization system is designed on the host computer,and the path information of the palletizer stacking machine on the PLC is collected.The optimal path is obtained by the optimal path analysis of the genetic algorithm,and the calculated result is output to the PLC Controller,control stacker to complete picking.Experiments show that the three-dimensional warehouse control system is stable,safe and effective.It also can improve the efficiency of warehouse access and reduce the cost of human resources.The different combinations of the three-tier warehouse can also provide a single support for the research of the single-warehouse structure of single-stack single-lane single-shelf or multi-stacker multi-stored multi-shelf.
