Warehousing is an important position in modern logistics system and is one of the important pillars of logistics activities.As the core and hub of the logistics system,the automated three-dimensional warehouse has strong space utilization and storage capacity,which can build a more efficient logistics system.Scientific and reasonable layout planning plays an important role in improving the space utilization rate,increasing production efficiency and reducing inventory overstocking of automated three-dimensional warehouses.Therefore,the research on the layout of automated warehouses has important practical significance.This paper takes A warehouse of company H as the research object,based on the analysis of A automated warehouse project and the original warehouse warehousing business,the regression analysis method is used to predict the storage demand of A warehouse in the next 5 years.At the same time,the business function of A automated three-dimensional warehouse is positioned,and then the business process design and functional division of A automated three-dimensional warehouse are conducted.After determining the direction of the main moving lines of A automated three-dimensional warehouse and selecting the appropriate moving line model,according to the sequence of the process of each functional area,the Flow line layout method was adopted to lay out the functional area and finally designed the overall layout diagram.Based on the principle of cargo space allocation,mathematical model is established to allocate the cargo space in A automated three-dimensional warehouse storage area.On the basis of determining the initial value of the related parameters,the multi-population genetic algorithm is selected to solve the model and get the solution of cargo allocation.In order to verify the feasibility of the overall layout scheme,an evaluation index system of the overall layout scheme of A automated three-dimensional warehouse was constructed from four aspects of logistics efficiency,layout planning,safety factors and reasonable degree,and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate A automated stereoscopic warehouse general layout scheme.The research results are of great significance to improve the utilization rate of A warehouse and enhance the overall competitiveness of H company.
