Heat Flowmeter With Low Power

Heating system in northern china always exist problems with valuation methods unscientific and heating fees difficult. Along with the rapid development of economy, in order to use of heat resources in reason, it is necessary to reform the current charging system in heating system. In this situation, heat meter with prepaid function and thermal management software develops. However, all of the current heat meters are cassette meter, which has some disadvantages in application. In order to achieve the function of cassette meter and avoid some defects in its application, I design a kind of heat meter system.The paper identifies the scheme of data transfer by constructs the system structure of infrared prepaid heating meter. According to the structure needs, the hardware circuit of heat meter, which is based on MSP430F413, is designed, the MCU program is programmed, then at last analyses the system error. The article describes the design of hardware circuit, the development process of MCU.According to the experiment, this system not only avoids the defects of cassette meter, but also achieves the accurate measurement of heat, with the function of prepaid, infrared communication and computer management is achieved.
