In view of present situation of the high demand for heat meters after the reformation of charge method of heat consumption, based on the analysis of its working principle, studies and improvements are made from three aspects: liquid measurement, temperature measurement and low power design. A kind of Nonmagnetic Heat Meter System is designed.In this paper the history and the significance of researches on heat meter were discussed first and the concepts of heat meter was given. The principle and capability of MSP430FW427 and its new characteristics was briefly introduced. Hardware of the system, such as flow meter, temperature sensors, controlling MCU were introduced systematically. As to the software, process flowchart was designed, as well as some major hotels. Flow and temperature measurement as parts of the flow chart were conducted by C language. At last the inspection equipment of heat meter was introduced, and the data of heat meter was analyzed .On this basis of which FTTH fiber communication technology and all-fiber network Calorimeter data transmission was put forward. Fiber Communication System hardware design and software design was carried out to make it more suitable for use in digital community network platform. Make the basis of data transmission and collection.The main work in this paper is as follows.1. Participate in design and project illustrating.2. Participate in selecting and subscribing of element.3. Design, weld, test and debug hardware circuit.4. Program and debug the whole software of heat meter system.
