For a long time,the basic situation of China’s heating charge is to settle charges based on construction area,which is wasteful and unscientific,and users cannot adjust indoor temperature according to their own needs.With the continuous progress of the society,the irrational heating system charged by area needs to be changed urgently.The wireless intelligent thermal energy meter studied in this thesis solves the traditional problem of charging heating fees by area.At the same time,based on the realization of wireless remote meter reading,it can realize the user’s on-demand regulation.The specific research contents of the wireless intelligent thermal energy meter in this subject are as follows:First,on the basis of consulting a large amount of data and literature,a theoretical study on the temperature and flow rate of the two factors that affect the calculation of thermal energy is carried out.The flow rate measurement is analyzed from the perspective of flow field distribution and temperature,and the improved flow detection is obtained.The method of accuracy,while using the iterative method to analyze and modify the temperature,improves the accuracy of temperature detection;on the basis of studying the working principle of the thermal energy meter,a correction algorithm is proposed for the thermal energy measurement formula that meets the needs of this subject,using MATLAB The simulation model established verifies the correctness and feasibility of the correction algorithm.Secondly,based on the wireless network architecture mode,the software and hardware design of the wireless intelligent heat energy meter system was carried out,including the heat energy meter unit,the indoor temperature detection unit,and the wireless meter reading unit;On-demand adjustment function,users can perform on-demand control and data viewing of the thermal energy meter through the mobile APP,and have a remote wireless meter reading interface;the indoor temperature detection unit implements indoor temperature detection and transmits temperature information to the thermal energy meter through wireless communication The function of the unit;the wireless meter reading unit realizes the function of centralized wireless meter reading and provides a more comprehensive meter reading method.Finally,using the built-in wireless intelligent thermal energy meter hardware system and the written software program,the overall joint testing was carried out to achieve the set functional requirements,and the experimental results reached the accuracy requirements.Based on the study of thermal energy calculation theory and thermal energy measurement correction algorithm,this subject designed a wireless intelligent thermal energy meter system.The wireless intelligent thermal energy meter experiment system was established to verify the design concept of the subject.The experimental results verified the proposed thermal energy metering The correctness and feasibility of the revised algorithm improves the accuracy of the system and lays a certain foundation for the development and practical application of thermal energy meters. |
