| Some researches of Automatic Reading Meter System (ARMS) for 3-phase multifunction watt-hour meter are introduced in this thesis. The main contents are as follows:Firstly,a compound communication structure of remote communication adapt to industrial multifunction watt-hour meter in China is given.Secondly,a method of serial communication is fit for 3-phase multifunction watt-hour meter is presented . A long-distance infrared data communication system is built and it's exactness and reliability have been shown.Thirdly,the design and realization of a Management Information System based on ARMS which integrating infrared data communication and remote data communication and IC card communication is given.At last,the security and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of ARMS are dicussed. |
