The CAPP System Of Small-bore Shells Based On Knowledge

Computer aided process planning (CAPP) system has played a very prominent role in advanced manufacturing system. The intelligention is main development trend of CAPP system. This thesis for"The Eleventh Five"Preresearch Task—"CAPP and Rapid Manufacturing Technology", according to the demands of a enterprise to the CAPP,from systematized view, has structured a interactive and variation - combination CAPP prototype system, in which crafters can carry on the process design and process management conveniently. The study on this topic has an actual significance to the Advanced Manufacturing Technology of the military enterprises.This system ,adopting C/S mode, is developed based on database technology,which uses the ideas of process management and integration and emphasizes the extensive sharing of the resources of process Knowledge. The system is based on VC++ 6.0 as developing platform, SQL Server2000 as the database, Auto CAD, Pro/E and SmarTeam as main support softwares.The study contents of the thesis are: the establishment and management of the process model of knowledge resources;the achievement of the process design , process planning is its core technology, supported by the drawing-editing and process planning management approval.;the format output of process cards; the information integration of system and product data management platform.Based on researches above, this thesis, taking a small-bore shells as an application example, forms a set of technology system for the knowledge-based CAPP, and provides some new ideas and realization ways for the development of CAPP.
