Data Management And Process Integration Technology Of Shell Manufacturing Integration Platform PLM-Oriented

The fast development of economic globalization and information technology makes competition environment ,activity space and development model of equipment manufacturing industry have had the deep transformation,which has put up with the stern challenge to equipment manufacturing industry. Under this situation, The product life cycle management (PLM) arose.At present our ordnance industry also faces the similar question.This article in view of ordnance industries'present situation, referring to the actual situation of the Ordnance, studies Data Management and Process Integration Technology of Shell Manufacturing Integration Platform PLM-Oriented,and applies the technology in the ordnance enterprise.This article builds a Shell PLM Integration Platform based on SmarTeam.,giving system model,and carries out a detailed analysis. Referring to SmarTeam's own characteristic and the actual needs of Ordnance, this paper introduces Data Management, Process Integration, System Secondary Development key technology of the integration platformResearch the formation and visualization technology of MBOM,On the basis of the PBOM , through Resource Management System for PBOM filling specific manufacturing resource information to form MBOM Information. At last, utilize SmarTeam scripting tool to achieve MBOM visualization.In order to improve the architecture of PLM,according to the actual needs of Ordnance, this article devises the Shell Contract Information Management System and the Shell Procurement System,which Closely integrate with the SmarTeam Integration Platform.At last,aiming at arsenal's a new shell product,implement the Shell PLM System, and through the Shell PLM's the implementation benefit analysis showing realistic significance of implementing the Shell PLM System.
