In the economic globalization today, the modern war's demand of digital and information to weapon equipment manufacturing is higher and higher, and management of shell designing and manufacturing is more and more strictly, with both fast-response and high-effective production. In this case, the needs of shell designing and manufacturing process integration are more prominent, that using it to coordinate the whole of designing and manufacturing process and making it optimization.This paper is making the 11th five-year subject as a background that based on the SmarTeam and facing to PLM. According to the actual demand of enterprise,this paper studied process integration technology of shell designing and manufacturing, and analyses the shell PLM implementation, so makes the research technique to be applied.This paper firstly constructs the shell designing and manufacturing system model, and the architecture of model were introduced in detail. It analyzes and summarizes the advantages of SmarTeam, and emphatically expounds the construction and allocation of electronic vault.And then the paper makes a deep research of key technologies such as project management, workflow management, data management and integrated application, and process integration technology was further improved. At the same time the paper reconstruct the BOM multi-view management model, and manage all information in library through unified and scientific. With combining SmarTeam version management, the paper completed theory research of configuration management.According to the enterprise needs after the enterprise research, this paper design shell image-document management system and the workflow feedback system and integrate tightly with SmarTeam.
