The invariance of its work velocity affects the degree of lever, compactness and isolation directly. The performance of the tracking conctrol system is an important factor which affects the working performance of pavers and which depands on the working quality in great degree. Therefore, it makes great realistic sense to study and manufacture digital controller of the tracking system which has high performance and high level for the betterment of the performance of paver.The paper analyzed detailedly the study of the tracking control system inland and abroad and presented a design scheme of the tracking conctrol system of pave base on DSP according to the trend of the development of roadmachine intelligentizing. The core hardware of the tracking control system is the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A of TI corporation. The paper introduced the details of some hardward circuits such as the controlling circuit of pump & motor, onboard MMI and EEPROM data keep circuit, velocity measure circuit, data collection and trouble detect circuit. The soft of system was programmed in language mixed with C and assemeble language based on CCS 2.0('2000) and the adoption of the float arithmetic of pointing DSP ensuring the precision of control. The paper designed arithmetic in detail and solved the problem of anti-jamming of the tracking conctroller system by adoption of the measure of software and hardware anti-jamming after realization of the function of tread straightly, start&stop, stead forward & backward, turn left & right, turn station and trouble detect.
