Based on the problem of measurement on high pressure side flow in hydraulic system such as the general pulse of positive displacement flowmeters, and radial force imbalance, the flow uniformity bad and noise sophomore, spent years in studying the theory of balanced compound gear flowmeter this task found that The planet-gear flowmeter in three-type had very small impact on pulsating flow of hydraulic system. The planet-gear flowmeter in three-type can solve the problem that volumetric flow sensor can't measure dynamic flow in high-pressure hydraulic system.This paper, firstly, analyzed transient flow of internal and external meshing gears, and deduced the formula for measuring the instantaneous flow. Based on the study of gear meshing point displacement about the planet-gear flowmeter in three type, the paper compared flowmeter flow pulsations in four types of circumstances and fixed the structural parameters of planetary gear-type flowmeter.Secondly, the paper set up The planet-gear flowmeter in three-type entity model by using three-dimensional software CAD and SolidWorks and analyzed Flowmeter'forces in actual condition. Considering the moment of inertia affecting the flowmeter's dynamic properties, the paper tested the new materials - nylon, and used finite element analysis to verify feasibility of the nylon used in The planet-gear flowmeter in three-type, and to optimize internal gears structure on the flowmeter. These provided a foundation for the future to improve the flowmeter.Using modal analysis of The planet-gear flowmeter in three-type,the paper got the flowmeter's the vibration modes under different frequencies.Finally, combining theoretical analysis and results of finite element analysis, the paper got the relationship between the flowmeter's pressure drop and the flow,load,calibrated Flowmeter instrument's coefficients to prove feasibility of the flowmeter in the practical application ,and gave the experimental design about flowmeter'dynamic performance.
