Steel-frame and wooden floor structure residence is a new residential form, has following excellent performances: high industrialization, fast construction, green. We take the part of wooden floor into the traditional steel structure residence, change the pattern that the profiling steel plate and concrete floor which needs wet construction, overhang the performances of steel structure residence greatly, make steel structure residence tends to the development of green environmental protection.In this paper, a residential building plan has to been carried out a preliminary structure design of the steel frame and wood floor structure. Using finite element software for stress analysis of the floor, get a reasonable layout of the grate. Calculate and analysis the structure by SATWE, meet the carrying capacity and under conditions of normal use of the economic benefits of a good target, obtain the layout of the structure and components section size. Calculate and analysis the structure by SAP2000, witch compared the calculation results of the first finite element software, and prove it. Discussed the connections of traditional steel structure and wood structure, determined the connection form of the structural components by analyzing. In the basis of the full research, and combined with the characteristics of the steel-wood hybrid structure, the paper chose the form of heat insulating material and design the exterior-protected system.In this paper, through a series of calculation comparative and analysis, which the feasibility of steel frame and wooden floor structure residence got further research. The research production that promote the development of the form of this residence, and give the guiding significance and reference value to the in-depth study of the structure form.
