| With the development of high speed train, the influence of wheel defects on the operation safety is becoming one of the critical factors of the EMU. Wheel defects mainly include wheel tread worn and roll radii difference. We must study how the wheel defects influence the dynamic characteristics of the EMU to ensure the safety operating of the train accord with country's criterion.In this dissertation, high-speed passenger train of CRH2-300 was chosen as the studying object, the dynamic model was built by the CAE software SIMPACK. By simulating train operations at different wheel defects situations, the main dynamic parameters and safety operating criterions including wheel-rail force, derailment coefficient, decrease ratio and ride indexes were calculated and analyzed., which were very helpful for the study how the wheel worn and roll radii difference influence the dynamic characteristics of the EMU.There are academic values in the aspect of analyzing the performance of train operating at the different wheel defects situations which influence the characteristics of the dynamics of the EMU. The achievements of the research in the dissertation have referential significance and practical senses to promote high speed railway project on guaranteeing aerodynamic stability and safety of the EMU. And it is contribute to draft relevant standards. |
