In the highway construction,asphalt road has been the mostly used type in our country,beacuse of it's jointless and continuum.But the original asphalt usually has some disadvantages that brittleness at low temperature and intenerate at high temperature.It will affect the pavement performance.Study the modified original asphalt has been the hotspot research of route material in our country.In this thesis,use the thermplastic elastomer SBS as primary modifier,and mix wast tire rubber and chemistry modifiers to modify the original asphalt.Then study the impact of chemical modifying to asphalt's pavement performance by testing there penetration ,softening piont and ductility.By means of modern analysis technique,such as CC,DSC,TG,GPC,SEM the composing and structure of modified asphalt were investigate,respectively.Then discussed the chemical modifying mechanism.The main conclution acquired from the present work as follows:1.In the chemical modify of SBS emulsification,used alkyl,amine,acid,aster, oil and soap to have experimentation,then chosed six emulsification system to modify original asphalt ,the pavement performance result indicate that the ductility improved saliencly, Butyl acetate emulsification modified asphalt's ductility could improve 81.5%.The other pavement performance has not been improved saliencly;it's considerd the consistention and reaction probability have been improved.2.When use acyl-amine,imine, aster and fattiness hydrocarbon with not saturation bond as modifiers to modify asphalt, the pavement performance of modified asphalt were better.The fattiness hydrocarbon with not saturation bond has the good impact of softening point , improved to higher than ninety;the one used imine has good impact of ductility ,which was improved 128.4% compare with modified asphalt by only SBS.Sdudy the modifying mechanism result indicate that the structure and pavement performance has closely relation.The modifier which has long fattiness chain will be in fover of improving the ductility and which has aroma frame will be in fover of the softening point.There are three or four active centor was a nice one,more will lead to united excessly and less will united insufficiencily.3.In the research of modified asphalt's preparation method,it could be found that,for some modifier,adding chemical modifier mixing 0.5h firstly and then adding plomer mixing 0.5h has the better impact;modifier and asphalt have reactived and made new substance to advance SBS and asphalt link ,and improved there consistention.4.Using wast tire rubber as modifier and mixing SBS and to modify asphalt, adding 0.3% modifier Y1, The quantity of wast tire rubber and SBS has the best propotion is 2% SBS and 15% wast tire rubber. Sdudy the modifying mechanism result indicate that less polymer will lead to difficut to shape interpenetrating polymer networks in the asphalt.And more wast tire rubber will effect the asphalt's colloid system to effect the pavement performance of asphalt.
