With the development of national economy and road transportation,more and more vehicles of oversize and overload are operating on road. With the influence of the special climatic environment in seasonal frozen region, there are distresses such as fatigue, rutting,fracture, frost heaving and thaw collapsing etc, shortens the service life of asphalt pavement and worsens its performance level, which become one of the key factors restricting the further development of asphalt pavements. This paper concers with contents for pavement structure construction method and technology about overload in seasonal frozen region .It is important to improve design method for construction level for asphalt pavements.Based on the complex climate condition of seasonal frozen region in Ji Lin province and traffic characteristics of oversize and overload, the most distresses have been analysised for asphalt pavements. This paper proposes correction factor of axle load conversion by studying on parameter of axle load conversion. Then, mechanical response analysis about typical structures was performed using mechanic theories with ANSYS program to raise the indexes for Heavy Traffic Asphalt Pavement design. Referencing for design method of Perpetual Asphalt Pavement and Superpave, pavement structures have been optimized for proposing to new pavement structures in seasonal frozen region . The test pavements have been paved on changhui highway.In this study,this paper applys fo pavement mechanic analysis,structures resistanting fatigue by testing UTM-25 imported from america. The structures of Sperpvae25 resistanting fatigue have been set in seasonal frozen region ,the fourth point repeated int repeated flexural bending fatigue test has been chosen to determine the fatigue life of Superapve25, and to calculating fatigue life and fatigue limit. It is important for tructure construction method and technology about overload in seasonal frozen region.
