Generation Mechanism Study On Passenger Transportation Demand In Regional Traffic

Analysis and forecast of passenger transportation demand generation mechanism is the base of passenger transportation stratagem study. Holding the essence and meaning of passenger transportation, investigating its generation mechanism and forecasting the generation quantity are the most important aspects in passenger transportation stratagem study particularly.Starting from the resource of passenger transportation demand generation, namely the social production activities, this article analyzes the generated power, resistance and the passenger transportation generation quantity under the effect of power and resistance, and also analyzes the generation mechanism aimed at the two types traffic demand of production and consumption.The productive traveling demand is closely related to production, exchanging, allocation and other activities, but the consumptive traveling demand is the transportation demands with objection of consume, leisure activities and entertainment. From the point of economical purpose, the characters of the two traveling demands are different. The productive traveling demand is the continuation of the production activities in transportation area, the transportation cost will be accounted into the products or labor cost, its elasticity is small, and the generation quantity is stable normally. The consumptive traveling demand is a consume activity, the cost comes from the individual consume fund, its elasticity is big, and the generation quantity will change a lot with demander consume standards and transportation supply. The potential transportation demand will be formed when the transportation supply can not meet the demands of demanders. This article conducts simple analysis on the generation mechanism of potential transportation demand.Aimed at the special period of Spring Festival, this article starts from the source of traffic demand generation, analyzes the generation mechanism, discusses the internal rules, and provides advices for the passengers generation characters. The writer hopes this will be helpful to solve the problem of transportation during Spring Festival.
