Under the background of saving energy and reducing the cost, strengthening power load management, it has already been an inexorable trend to improve the energy utilization radio. The power load management terminal lies in the user side.The main function includes data acquisi-tion, electrical power monitor, load control, remote communicate and remote meter reading, etc.The thesis has been explained to the function and demand of the terminal, which requested by relevant standards, proposes a embedded solution, that regards AT91SAM9260 as the core of controlling and combinesμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system.In the hardware aspect, according to the standard of embedded industry computer system, modularized design is adopted, mainly involving electric circuits such as external memory mod-ule, data acquisition module, communicate module, clock module, control module and display module. The GPRS wireless transmission technology has been used, through it, the system can make the transmission of the data from different areas quickly and real-time.In the software aspect, according to characteristic and real-time nature of the terminal , theμC/OS-Ⅱembedded system has been adopt , and the thesis describes the process,thatμC/OS-Ⅱis transplanted to this hardware platform. The application software design follows module design principle and top-to-down design principle, taking full account of the features of embedded software; on the basis of the division of software modules, task division, the creation of multitask and priority setting has been analyzed specifically; besides, some flow diagrams about important software modules have been described.The system, that combines the ARM9, theμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system and the GPRS wire-less transmission technology, operates steadily and reliably, can meet the demands of the users and has good project using value.
