Study On River Basin Water Cycle Regeneration System

In order to solve a series of water environment problems caused by urbanization, this paper mainly studies the basin water regeneration system. The river basin regeneration system includes three aspects which are surface runoff control, recycle water use and water pollution control. At the same time, in order to constructing regeneration system of basin water resource, the paper which taking Xi'an Chanba river basin for example, calculates and predicts water resource which maintains the balance of basin water cycle ,and analyses the balance situation of water resource supply and demand. Then we predict saving water of Chanba river basin on the basis of Xi'an development planning, and quantitatively research the basin pollution accommodation ability. The conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)On the basis of basin water regeneration system composed of three aspects of surface runoff control, rain and wastewater recycle use and pollution control, the paper puts forward management concepts and methods for the purpose of restore basin natural cycle.(2) From the research,we can conclute that the total water demand of the basin are 25556.74×104m3,35608.55×104m3,42447.46×104m3 in the year of 95% level situation, 2020 planning year and 2030 planning year, 24432.14×104m3,34459.75×104m3,41574.66×104m3 in the year of 75% level situation,2020 planning year and 2030 planning year,and 23755.43×104m3,33975.58×104m3,41108.59×104 m3 in the year of 50% level situation,2020 planning year and 2030 planning year. On the basis of supply and demand analysis, the supply and demand could not get balance according to supply capacity of existing hydraulic engineering. The development of chanba river basin will be influnced by contradictory of water resource and water deficit.(3) According to saving water planning,xi'an chanba river basin are 19066.5×104m3,33127.5×104m3 in the year of 50% level ,2020and 2030,and 19156.5×104m3,33214.5×104m3 in the year of 75% level,2020 and 2030. The problem of water resource lack would be relieved in a big degree if we take reasonable measures and carry out water save planning.(4) The total pollution accommodation ability of the basin are 7670t/a of CODcr, 249t/a of NH3-N.bahe river's are 5289t/a of CODcr which take 69.0% of chanba river basin,and 130t/a NH3-N which take 52.4 of the basin;chanhe river's are 2381t/a of CODcr which take 31.0% of NH3-N the basin and 119t/a of which take 47.6%.(5) According to comparing present level emission with total control of pollution into river, we conclude that total pollution need to be cut in the function which pollute emission is more than total control.we can also predict that the cut of CODcr and NH3-N are 41258t/a and 3161t/a in the year of 2020, and are 62615t/a and 5237t/a in the year of 2030.
