With the development of the magnetics, the magnetic materials have been used widely, and the test of the magnetic static paremeters appears to be more important. In this thesis, a design scheme suited for experiments was realized for pratical application of the static magnetic parameter test system including data process algorithm discussion, circuit design, driver and program development.The whole development process of the designed system was depicted briefly in this thesis. Firstly, according to the requirements of the test system, such as sampling frequency and communication interface, an effective circuit project was proposed and completed. Then a filter algorithm was derived from the tradition algorithm. Experiment results domenstrated that it was very effective in improving test accuracy. Finally, the USB driver and the application program was developed on the platform of Windows, and the experiment results showed that the system could sample, display and process data in high efficiency.In the thesis, the test deviation of the system was analyzed in details especially for the vibrating sample magnetometer. The results of experiments demonstrated that many factors such as ample size, volume and sample location effected the accuracy in the test. In conclusion, the system can be optimized in order to test materials precisely.A variety of experiments have showed that the system stability and reliability have fulfilled the requirements of the test.
