Study On Continuable Using Of Water Resource In Shouguang City

There are two kinds of human development and utilization of water resources: one is required to take water from the water to meet the people's living standards and the needs of industrial and agricultural production, consumption number and quality change in other places return water. The other is access to water (hydro),the development of water transport, fisheries and recreational water, such as the maintenance of ecological balance, focus on the development and utilization of water resources in the maintenance of good water ecosystems, according to the principles of ecology to coordinate the relationship between environment and development, establish the scientific concept of development, deal with economic and social development with the carrying capacity of water resources and water environment carrying capacity of the relationship, it is necessary to achieve the sustainable use of water resources and water use have to live in harmony with the drive to promote harmony between man and nature, so the people in the beautiful environment to work and live.Based on the full survey of water resources utilization of Shouguang city, this paper had the analysis of scientific theories with the detailed data from the actual local conditions, gave the forecast analysis to find out the status of the use of water resources the utilization of water resources, and proposed the suggestions of conservation and sustainable use of water resources. The main conclusion of the study are as follows:(1) Shouguang faces the serious contradiction between supply and demand of water resources. The amount of available water is 261,510,000 m3 , but the actual amount of water got to 295,650,000 m3 in 2007.The gap of the water supply is 34,110,000 m3. The demand of water is far greater than the supply in the future, it is obvious that the contradiction between supply and demand.(2)Through the use of water resources status of the analysis of Shouguang city, this paper found the existing problems of the water resources development and utilization, it includes: reduced rainfall, river channel devascularization, life deep north of serious pollution of fresh water, serious over-exploitation of underground water, serious salt water intrusion, utilization of water resources low-polluting.(3) The paper proposed the development strategy recommendations in the use of the water resources. Based on the situation and existing problems of Shouguang city, put forward the following recommendations: improve the city's water conservancy project construction and management of water resources in further, manage and develop by the department in charge of unified planning, coordination and implementation of the co-ordination of ground, surface, pollution, rain , storage ,industry and agriculture in rural and urban, public water for farmers, the use of market-oriented means to make maximum use of water resources allocation efficiency, so as to speed up water supply and demand to resolve conflicts and to improve the bearing capacity of water resources. To realize sustainable utilization of water resources and economic, social, ecological and harmonious development, based on the principle of supply and demand balance, the implementation of the Mi River water diversion project, focused on rural water supply project, the Qing River water-saving irrigation facilities Station renovation project, the Mi River comprehensive management project Mi River water-saving irrigation facilities such as the renovation project options.
