Study On Evaluation Method Of Regional Water Resources Sustainable Utilization In Huzhou Of Taihu Basin

Water resource is one of the basic resources for the survival and production activities of mankind,however,the development of human civilization has brought a disastrous effect on the water environment and global environment.Up to now,it's very urgent to solve water shortage.With a vast territory and water resource unevenly distributed in area and time,and facing the problems of severe shortage of water resource and its poor quality due to the development of economic society,scientific and reasonable sustainable development and utilization of water resource in our country is as important as development of national economy.Taking Huzhou City in Zhejiang Province as the research object,combined with the development situation of economic society in Huzhou City,aiming to utilization of water resource and sustainable development trend,on the basis of evaluation model constructed by classmates on sustainable utilization of water resource and research on sustainable utilization of water resource in Huzhou City,the main research contents and conclusions are as follow:(1)Collect the domestic and international research papers,know the domestic and international research situation,make sure the existing problems in researches and research contents,then put forward the basic framework,research methods and innovation of this research.(2)Based on the analysis of development situation of economic society,water resource and utilization of it in Huzhou City,the existing problems can be found out in the process.Analyzing the water-using process in Huzhou City,water demand in Huzhou City in 2020 can be predicted by quota method.(3)On the basis of subordinate degree calculated by Fuzzy math and certain degree of order of the regional water resources system,calculating the coordination,equity degree and sustainable degree and constructing the evaluation model which is based on the sustainable utilization of water resource,and after evaluating the sustainable utilization of water resource in Huzhou City from 2011 to 2015,the results show that sustainable degree in 2015 has reached its zenith in the process of research.
