In the modern society, with the development of technology and economy, people became to feel tired of surround by steel and concrete buildings. Therefore, they turn to pay attention to traditional architecture, such as immature soil buildings. More and more people focus on these buildings origin from nature; the one of the best examples is Hakka Round House. Hakka Round House is the traditional residential architecture designed for the same clan staying together, with the obvious defense function. Moreover, there are lots of Hakka Round Houses in Longnan and it is called 'Museum of Hakka Round House'. The aim of this research is protection Hakka Round House and reusing them suitable for modern life and continuing the traditional culture of Hakka. Thus, protection and reusing are tow essential element, reusing of Hakka Round House must based on protection. Meanwhile, restoration of them should be reusing, it could be reusing as residential, hotel, and museum. To protection these traditional architecture also need people to use them.
