In the TCP/IP framework ,it can be applied to different network types, including X25, FR Frame Relay), ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode), ISDN (Integrated Services Data Network).In this paper, first it introduced electric power dispatching automation system, detailed information on master scheduling system design principles, the framework of the structure and composition and the relationship between the modules.Analysis of the current power dispatch in the development of automation systems,and how the existing main communication system station is changed to adapt with the the continuous development of the power grid dispatching automation's needs, and then detailed introduced the IEC 60870-5-104's standard-setting, network reference model, frame format structure and communication process.then combine the practical problems of power system, for the specificity of analysis and the realization of the Statute of the 104 in the dispatching automation system.through the network of research, analysis of dispatching automation system hardware and software architecture, system the functions of main modules, the links between each other, finally pre-designed the network communication module.Finally, analysed the safety factors such as information's confidentiality,intergrity and credibility etc. between the Scheduling the main station and substation, and Put forward the idea of a safety message...
