Earthquakes occur frequently in recent years,cause reservoir damage is very serious in our country, especially small and medium sized reservoir.Because most of medium sized reservoir built in50-70’s of the20th century, poor maintenance jeopardized the dams and resulted in the most of them belong to the dilapidated reservoirs, when the earthquake occur caused them in different degree of damage.The reservoir damage is serious, more than the number, number of technical personnel and construction equipment finite is the main stress when strengthening the water conservancy projects after earthquakes, so in a timely manner after the earthquake to intuitive comprehensive reservoir evaluation, Judge each part of the reservoir danger level and extent of damage is of crucial importance, in order to make the earthquake brings to minimize the secondary disasters, we must be effective use of limited technical personnel and construction equipment resources, reasonable arrangement of the order of rescue the reservoir.Based on the magnitude8.0wenchuan earthquake in the2008in Sichuan province as the research background, Generalized the earthequake damage situation of38small and medium-sized reservoirs in Deyang/Chengdu/Guangyuan/Mianzhu city and27reservoirs in an county town Mianyang city Sichuan province aided by bureau of Liaoning province. Establish a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of earthquake loss risk suitable for small and medium sized reservoir take the scientific comprehensive reflect degree of each part of the reservoir damage for the principle.The main content of this study include the following aspects:(1)Based on collect existed dilapidated reservoir safety assessment information and discussed reservoir safety related research at home and abroad, summarized the differs between the earthquake damage of reservoir and the dilapidated reservoir, summarized the method of establishing the evaluation index system and compare the applicability of the various evaluation methods, establish a theoretical basis for small and medium sized earthquake damage of reservoir risk comprehensive evaluation index system.(2)Based on collecting relevant data of65small and medium-sized reservoir earthquake loss in sichuan province, in constructing evaluation index system, we followed comprehensive scientific principle, taken the synthesis and analysis as its primary method while frequency statistics as secondary.(3)Based on the study of types of reservoir buildings, system analysis danger degree of indicators that reflect the reservoir earthquake damage, applying the combination method of qualitative study as secondary one.Quantitative analysis of the correlation between indicators and Contribution of main component, The final shape of index system by qualitative determined. Finally established a set of four levels of index system among the rule layer6indicators,15indicators,10secondary indicators. (4)In65small-medium sized earthquake damage of reservoirs earthquake damage situation and its earthquake loss level as the research background, established the evaluation standard of each index, for comprehensive evaluation Bai Shuihu reservoir in mianyang city, sichuan province in the fourth chapter.(5)Comprehensive evaluation the earthquake loss risk of Bai Shuihu reservoir in mianyang city, Sichuan province by AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, results showed Bai Shuihu reservoir earthquake loss risk value maximum membership degree belongs to high-risk dangerous situations, consistent with the evaluation of earthquake damage risk level reservoir at the time. Then introduce the linear weighted comprehensive assessment method to evaluate earthquake damage degree of each index of earthquake damage of reservoir.
