Nowadays with the development of market economy, modern corporations are confronted with more and more drastic competitive environments. Sufficiently excavating the internal potential is one of the efficient means to enhance the operation efficiency of the corporations. In order to accommodate the furious market competition, more and more manufacturing enterprises use those softwares to assist their manufacture and management,and the development of enterprise resouce planning system provides powerful management and technique support to enhance the operation eficiency of the corporations.Because of the competition of market is more and more hotly, how to respond customers' demands quickly and improve customers' satisfaction rate are the most attentive things for enterprises. This can be concluded as two main problems:how to obtain and how to solve customers' demands in time. To an enterprise, it is just the relationship of orders and production. One of the solution is to use efficacious Master Production Schedule (MPS). MPS is an important tache in enterprise production management. Making, tailing and modifying the production planning at any moment can make sure that enterprise controls producing condition so as to reduce enterprise consume and production cost. Scientific method of arranging MPS plays an important part in controlling production storage, improving delivery rate, reducing delivery cycle and improving enterprise productivity.In order to solove the actual problem of the corporation,the article concludes JIT(Just In Time) idea and TOC (Theory of Constraints) technology,and take the due-date, contract amount, correlation client, variety and price into account, applies linear weighted synthesis to establish the synthesis weight. Production orders are scheduled according to their synthesis weights subject to the restrictions of the production capacities.At last, this thesis develops the MPS simulation prototype system by taking the heuristic algorithm as a core and using SQL Server 2000 and PowerBuilder9.0. The computational results indicate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm the real-life production data sets from wuxi lamina Corporation.
