This article mainly relying on Shaogan highway maintenance engineering,first,with ANSYS combined at the grass-roots level,semi-rigid base and flexible base asphalt pavement structure were analyzed.Through analysis shows that under the same static load,the minimum displacement of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,the single displacement Angle to consider,from the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is long-life asphalt roadbed preferred;The maximum tensile stress ratio of the maximum tensile stress ratio of the structure of the combined primary road surface is 18.37% lower than the maximum tensile stress of the semi-rigid primary pavement structure.The combination of the basic materials can improve the stress situation at the primary level,and the lower tensile stress level is beneficial to the semi-rigid primary cracking.The paper analyzes three kinds of pavement structure shear stress diagram,and the level of shear stress of the combined asphalt pavement is highest,especially in the asphalt layer,which is related to the thickness of the asphalt layer.Shaogan highway maintenance engineering,this paper combined with asphalt concrete pavement is introduced and performance evaluation,combined with asphalt pavement mainly including pavement damage condition survey,strength testing structure,anti-sliding performance detection,the flatness detection and water seepage situation detection.By Shaogan highway asphalt pavement survey data statistical analysis,each evaluation index rating from the "best","good" class accounted for more than 90%,means that Shaogan highway conditions is good;At the same time,it also shows that the combination of the grass-roots units is better in our country.Based on the analysis of the major factors influencing the pavement performance decay are,pavement,engineering and traffic,after a brief introduction of the pavement performance prediction model,mainly including deterministic model and probabilistic model,this paper combined with Shaogan highway maintenance engineering condition,on the basis of grey model and markov model,select the grey markov model to forecast the pavement.Through the forecast results are comparative analysis,the grey markov model to predict the PCI value and pavement PCI roughly tallying with the actual attenuation trend,for the next few years can be determined by the change trend of pavement performance is reliable to make a preliminary judgment.About the timing for the preventive maintenance,combined with the actual situation,Shaogan highway in this paper,on the basis of cost-benefit method,discusses the choice of the optimal timing of preventive maintenance,and will cost than the benefits to quantify for performance curve and performance index of the minimum acceptable level of area.Due to the length of space,this article does not study the timing of maintenance.After the comparative analysis of preventive maintenance measures,combined with Shaogan high-speed early disease predominantly rutting characteristics,based on the micro table place technology,this project adopts the Novachip ultra-thin wearing layer technology as Shaogan highway early disease curing measures at a high speed.
