Theoretical And Empirical Study On The Choice Of Centeral Villages In Plain Area

The study on the choice of centeral villages in the process of urbanization can provide a valuable frame of reference for the scientific choice of centeral villages, improving the town planning system and promoting the new rural construction and the building of centeral villages.And the construction of centeral villages is an important part in the towns and villages planning system,and the first problem must to be soloved in the building of central villages is how to determine the spatial distribution of centeral villages scientificly and rationally.The solution of the choice of centeral villages problem has an important significance in the improving towns and villages system.The construction of socialist countryside needs continuously increasing investment from the national capitial in rural areas. A scientific scheme of choosing centeral villages can put forward basis for decision making of national investment and constrction in the rural areas.In the choice-making of centeral villages,there are various factors must be considered.And the relationship between these factors is complex.In the determination of centeral villages ,the decision-makers often attend to one thing and lose another, and it is difficult to fully grasp these factors,and often make the decision-making subjectively.The establishment of the scientific evaluatiion index system of the centeral villages choice in the study ,can provide fast,scientific decision-making help in the choice of centeral villages and the construction of the centeral villages.In this study, the combining methods of theoretical research and empirical research,combining qualitative and quantitative methods,analytic hierarchy process, and the cluster analysis have been used in the following problems,such as the rural residential land status in Xiaonan District, distribution characteristics of rural settlements, and the layout of the existing problems of the rural settlements, with emphasis on the study on the choice of centeral villages as a preliminary research.The conclusion of this paper as follows:Firstly,this paper takes the choice of centeral villages as the study object,by establishing the evaluation index system of the choice of centeral villages suitablity,and applying it in the study centeral villages choice of Xinpu Town in Xiaonan Dsitrict.The conclusion of the study is in line with the reality of Xinpu Town. And the evaluation index system can give some significance as the reference in the choosing of centeral villages in the plain area.Secondly,the construction of the centeral villages is closely associated with the process of the urbanization.The urbanization absorbs the rural population into the towns or cities,and creates the land conditions of centeral villages building.The construction of centeral villages has great significance in the plain area,especially in the adminsitrative villages with small villages,large numbers and villages scattered layout.Thirdly,the scientific choice of centeral villages is an important route in the optimizing of the layout of rural settlements.Through choosing the centeral villages scientifically and rationally,and building them,we can better achieve the space integration of rural settlements,and advance the level of the intensive lan ues and conservative land utilization of the rural settlements.Fourthly, this study centers around the choice of centeral villages and the construction of the centeral villages as a follow-up question, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward, including the choice of centeral villages,models of centeral villages building, overall planning of urban and rural spatial planning and infrastructure planning,the government policy guidance, making farmers play the positive role of masters,constructing the policies which plays an important role in the space-integration and the building of the Centeral Village.
