This paper, modeling and analysis of Tangjia Hill Barrier Lake's flood discharged problem use rough set theory.The data of Tangjia Hill barrier lake's flood discharged problem comes from the daily news report.so these data are mixed,chaotic, multi-character, needed for pre-processing.In this paper, First,noise and discretization were dealed with, and then contact were removed by back algorithm,then the temporal decision information system convert to decision information system, and this decision information system is updated every day with the increase of the data.Attribute reduction of rough set theory is the core content of the study.As the target increased,information systems need to be updated, Because of this unique feature, incremental attribute reduction algorithm came into being.Most incremental attribute reduction algorithm improve the efficiency of reduction by improve the identification matrix; In this paper, the problem Tangjiashan Lake flood actual, proposed separately by a single incremental attribute reduction algorithm and multi-incremental attribute reduction algorithm, both algorithms are classified in the original system be improved identification sets, allowing to find faster and more accurate delineation of the new system identification set; In this paper, Tangjiashan Lake flood as an example, were used to distinguish between these two algorithms with the matrix-based reduction algorithm to compare and found that with the need to distinguish matrices reduction operation 98 can be discernibility matrix, while the incremental attribute reduction with a single operator only needs to be divided 24 times will be able to identify sets;Similarly, Multi-incremental attribute reduction can also significantly reduce computational complexity.Classical rough set theory is based on the indiscernibility relation, and with this theory, the established model of data lack of the capacity of adaptation to noise data, And the problem of data loss is not well resolved.
