Along with the rapid development of economy in China, the construction industry has ushered in the golden period of development. At the same time, the companies in AEC industry need to accelerate the transformation of project management, following the future direction of green, smart, lean and sustainable development. Based on building life cycle, BIM technology has shown a strong value advantage in China's construction industry, which is received more and more attention. However, there so many points of BIM application based on the whole life cycle of buildings that BIM user is very hard to determine BIM application solutions more rational. BIM objective decision has been the bottlenecks for BIM application and promotion.First of all, focused on the BIM objective decision, through the study of BIM standards / guidelines and literature cases, this thesis summary the main target BIM application in the whole building lifecycle and the relationship between BIM objective and specific application. Through literature review and expert interviews, this thesis initially identifies impact indicators of BIM application objective decision under the guidance of four-point principle. By the way of questionnaires, data collection and analysis of data validity, set up BIM application objective decision indicator systemSecondly, according to the view of decision theory and the successful solution for the problem of objective decision in construction industry, we choose ANP to analyze the decision-making problems. Then, we adopt ANP to analyze the weight coefficient of indicator system with the help of SD software, establish multiple evaluation target, multiple evaluation factors and multiple evaluation levels for BIM application objection decision system. Finally, using this decision standard to analyze the practical engineering in order to verify its science, practicality and operationally.
