Through the study of disk type machine,the task designed a 22kW disk type asynchronous motor to replace the 37kW conventional asynchronous motor used in pumping unit,the disk type asynchronous motor has high start torque and high efficiency,and it is used to solve the current wasteful of "big horse-drawn cart" phenomenon and the problems of high electrical cost in oil pumping.Accordingly,the project has broad market prospects and good social benefits.The task is from Shenyang University of Technology Tong Yi Co.,Ltd.The project analysised the problem of asynchronous motor in pumping unit,and on the failure basis of kinds of alteration,proposed using a low-power disk type asynchronous motor to replace the current high-power conventional asynchronous motor,and discussed the motor design and technology in detail.With the study in tooth and slot,the project selected the cooperation of 54-44;Through sub-loop calculation in the temperature rise permitted,the project selected the appropriate load line in finally.In the same conditions,the peariform-slot,knife-slot and rectangle-slot were selected and contrasted,it was discovered that the rectangle-slot has high efficiency in the premise of starting torque.Designed the motor special software with the MATLAB,and through the design of GUI,the software has a more general,with the pre-experimental data of Shenyang University of Technology Tong Yi Co.,Ltd.the motor's main dimension and detailed parameter was optimized.The result shows that the performance of 22kW disk type asynchronous motor designed for pumping unit meets the demand,compared with 37kW Y-series asynchronous motor used in pumping unit,it can have Energy-saving 1kW per hour.In order to simplify the calculation,the 3D motor model was reduced to 2D model equivalent.With the help of finite element software ansoft,the motor's magnetic field and dynamic performance was simulated,the feasibility of the motor was verified.Finally,the experiment based on designed prototype has been carried out,and the experimental data of the prototype was analysised in detail.
