With the rapid development of computer technology, the embedded system has gradually been used in automobile electronics. Because of the improvement of people's material living standard, the previous manual automobile air-conditioner control system has already did not meet the needs of people at the same time, neither in the operation strength nor in the effect of control. This paper was aimed at the bad performance of existing automobile air-conditioner system, and designed a new embedded automobile automatic air-conditioner system based on ARM(Advanced RISC Machines).First, this paper analysed the control principle of existing automobile air-conditioner system. In order to control temperature, it provided the self-adjustable parameters fuzzy control algorithm based on the ordinary fuzzy control, and made simulation with the MATLAB.Second, the electric circuit of the system was designed. The S3C2410 of the Advanced RISC Machine which produced by Samsung is used as the controller. It used the 1-wire digital temperature sensor DS18B20 which produced by DALLAS to measure the temperature at the part of data acquisition, and designed some corresponding peripheral circuits, including power module, display module, communication module, and so on.Finally, this paper used the Linux system as the operating system of the controller, and established an embedded cross compiler tool chain on personal computer to construct the ARM-Linux development platform. It completed the cutting of the boot code and kernel, and transplanted to the ARM processor. The corresponding underlying drivers and application were also compiled at the same time.The research of the temperature control algorithm about automobile air-conditioner system is the emphasis of this paper. It has established a thermodynamic model for simulation, and the results shown that the system could get nice control accuracy and stability with the self-adjustable parameters fuzzy control algorithm. Meanwhile, it successfully constructed the ARM-Linux development platform of automobile air-conditioner system in the lab, and the embedded automobile automatic air-conditioner system which was designed in this paper had good real-time performance and reliability.
