The data acquisition system of vehicle road test takes wheel force measurement as thecore, widely used in road spectrum data collection, bench road spectrum reconstruction andother fields, which has important significance in research and evaluation of the dynamicperformance of the vehicle, etc. This project is to research and develop road load spectrumacquisition and analysis system, so that it can be used in pavement road surface qualitydetection and classification, road simulation test and so on, which has wide applicationprospect and practical value.Relying on project "Road load spectrum acquisition system key technology researchbased on the wheel force transducer (WFT)" assumed by our research group, in thepurpose of designing and developing a universal wheel force sensor data acquisition system,this paper study and design of the WFT embedded data transmission system under Linuxdevelopment environment which is integrated with the road load spectrum display system inautomobile road test, and in the end of this paper has the data processing and analysis.Research work is as follows:(1) Software design of WFT embedded data transmission system: A set of four serialto Ethernet server software design in Linux development environment, use multi-threadtechnology to achieve the four-sensor data acquisition and network communication, canrealize Ethernet Remote control acquisition process or its keys local control during theprocess of collecting, and complete data collection local-storage work.(2) The road load spectrum display system design: Research and design of the roadload spectrum interface display system based on MFC framework in the VC++6.0compilerenvironment, achieve network communication between WFT embedded data transmissionsystem and this system by programming, save the received data collection and real-timedata curve display.(3) The road load spectrum data processing and application: After the vehicle road testhad completed, the text file was imported into MATLAB and achieved in the MATLAB thedata pretreatment, denoising, feature parameter extraction and classification of roadpavement. Proposed a kind of improved fuzzy clustering algorithm based on the roadsurface characteristic parameters which is applied to the road pavement classification,finally proved the validity of the algorithm.
