Therefore, it is necessary for security accessing.Safety assessment which base on risk identification and risk assessment, aiming at searching,analysising and forecast of dangerous factors and the level of seriousness caused by potetial accident, take an analysis of the effecitive of risk and put forward the appropriate security measure, take guide of the monitor of danger source and prevent from accident, so that get a optimal benefit with the lest porportion of accident and loss.This dissereation according to the necessity and significance of college training ship security accessing, comprehensive apply the security systems engineering to take a security accessing,bulid a composit mold of the college training ship by choosing the method of security accessing, acquiring of evulation data,selection of evolution index. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process to analysis the data of college training ship to obtain the weight of indexes. After calculating the fuzzy focus of factor sets,we get the security assessing result of "YuKun"ship. At last,the dissereation presents the controling and protecting measure for risk events according to security assessing results, then propose specific advise on man-machine-management-environment.
