Research On Motorcycle Vibration Test And Diagnose

Chongqing's production of motorcycle make a great part in China , but compared with overseas brand , its technology still has gap . especially in the aspect of vibration and niose .As we all know,the bigger of the noise and vibration,the more severity in affecting the driver's feeling. And more accelerate in destroying the accessories.Alonging with customer'require incassant improving .Then,it cannot meeting the customers request ,and can not have bigger market .So improving on motorcycle's guality become the power of industry upgrading . that need a lot of basic testing work , realizing quantitative analysis its vibration . Putting up pertinence improved measures, reduced of the vibration and noise .Boosted the quality of motorcycle ,promoted all the industry development.This thesis's subject is'Motorcycle'vibration test and diagnose'. it is imbursed by Chongqing government .it is one of the part of fund item"High quality motorcycle vbration and noise research". This fund aims at improving the problem of motorcycle'vibration .Analyzing its vibration mechanism.Combining with vibration testing technology and signal dispose technology. Realizing motorcycle's vibration test and diagnoseRealising quantitative analysis its vibration range .it can support the improved of motorcycle's quality.This thesis first analysised motorcycle'vibration instance and the reason of arousing engine'vibration . Based on vibration testing methods ago .Combined LabVIEW8.6 and yanhua's data processing block .developed a motorcycle's vibration testing and disposing instrument .Did a lot of testing in the Janshe's research room . Then,setting up scheme of test ,and analysed the data of testing .through Wrterfall map and Fourie dispose vibration severity measures .finded its primary frequency and ranges . analysed its reason of arousing bigger vibration .putted forward some improve measures of reducing the vibration .summarized some measures of disposing the vibration .And have some meaning in reducing the vibration .
