In electric power systems, checking the power sector in transmission and distribution is still the main problem for there being no better test equipment. At present, fault indicator is being used widely. Because of being mounted solely, indicator will show it by turning around or lighting. The workers must go to the scene to examine them one by one. Besides, it's not so believable. Because of it, electric power systems have to pay billions every year. Even worse, some improper judging will cost more. So using a set of lines to monitor the real-time monitoring system is necessary.At present, Europe and the United States and other developed countries are also do researching on the project, but there is no a formed and stable system. There are still some difference between China and other countries in electric power systems because of different national conditions. Directly grounding the neutral point has mainly adopted while the voltage level in China are mainly in the 6kV-110kV in the low-voltage distribution network, which belongs to a small current grounding system. The system fault current is so small that portability of foreign technology is not good to affect domestic market.The high voltage transmit electrical is distributing in complex landform and the weather changeful quickly. In order to ravel out high voltage transmit electrical line's troubles. Enhance system of electric power's security dependability real time stability and reliability. Author of this text is concerned with investigate system of distributive electronic power line' s trouble. This system is using by power supply company of Chang Chun. This system is making up of three subsystems. The first one is signal collected system. The second one is transmission system and it base on wireless correspondence communication protocols. The last one is surveillant center of control system and it base on PDU Mode coding. Author of this text explain the last system detailed.1. Designing Program of Control SystemWelcome screen will appear after starting the system. Only your identity is authenticated can you be admitted. Only an administrator can carry out all functions in the system.The parameters setting and date retrieval are the main function modules. System management module and system prompt module is a supplement module, so the paper doesn't carry out a detailed design specification.2. Mainly Designing of Monitoring Central Control System(1) Designing of System ParameterThe module allows users to log on, allowing it to carry out short message and basic parameter settings, but we can not use all the functions.System administrators can make the message center number, breakdown basic parameter set at the same time, it also can reset the password.(2) Designing of Data Retrieval ModuleThe data retrieval module includes sending text messages, receiving message, testing message and the historical events query module. In the module, the system first analyses the information that has been decoded. We can know if there is something wrong with the information by it.For fault information, you need to confirm the location of the point, fault lines confirming, identification of the tower numbers and the type of breakdown includes, too. It is also need fault point voltage, current, phase, frequency and so on. The fault information is stored into the database. The test information and useless information is regarded as invalid information. The message is only stored in the database, instead of being set a second time. On the other hand, the software is responsible for producing the alarm information, and then show them on the screen by graphics or characters.Among them, category that has been set up is the judging between a valid information and an invalid information. As shown, when the class value is 1, the performance is fault information; if the value is -1, the performance of invalid information. The testing process is judged directly by the computer. For fault information, the system will store it into the fault information table.3. Research Briefs of the Monitoring Center System(1) In order to overcome the transmission tower near the terminal receiving the signal indicator of the point of failure caused by incorrect judgment, a fixed address and dynamic address is a good approach to solve the crosstalk problem communication.At the same time, monitoring center can send test commands to the RTU and fault indicator. Bur the technology hasn't been adapted so far.(2) Sending Message by Serial PortThe system uses C # code written in three kinds of ways to send content to the encoding and decoding, which are 7-bit, 8-bit and UCS2 encoding. 7-bit encoding used to send normal ASCII characters. It is the best method to sending message for its simplicity, low payment, high capacity, strong confidentiality and strong anti-jamming capability.(3) Dynamic monitoring of the Monitoring SystemThe users of power system can access monitoring center at random to know the current state. The users can check the relative date, breakdown to understand the fault condition, data querying and participating also can be done. The administrators can also receiving fault information by using cell phones. Monitoring software is designed by graphical configuration. According to the using of the system, the system engineers can increase or decrease the measuring point, reset the system structure, re-distribute measuring point address and so on.
