The Evaluation And Research On Circular Economy In Power Plants

Circular economy has been a new mode of economic development in the situation of the shortage of resources and the environmental pollution of the world. At present, power industry is still dominated by coal-fired power generation in China. Resource consumption, low resource utilization and environmental pollution are serious at the same time. Thus, establishing circular economy mode in the thermal power plant is absolutely necessary.The basic concept and principles of circular economy is described. On the basic of foreign experience and the practice in China, we demonstrate the importance of the development of circular economy in thermal power plant. In addition, proposals are advanced to solve the deficiencies which result in serious environmental pollution. The production process and the way of energy flow are discussed. We analyze the mode of production of GD Longhua Jilin Electric Power Plant for example. On the basic of this analysis, the index system and the model for evaluation of circular economy is established with AHP structure theory and fuzzy model of evaluation, which is used to assess the level of GD Longhua Jilin Electric Power Plant. Finally, we establish an eco-industrial park according to existing models, as the center of which is thermal power plant. Meanwhile, we adjust the mode of production of GD Longhua Jilin Electric Power Plant with the requirements of circular economy and the eco-industrial park to make a contrast to the former. The results show that the circular economy mode implemented in the thermal power industry can be more efficient on the part of resources utilization, reducing the pollution pressure on the environment.The evaluation system and the model of circular economy in keeping with the basic requirements for the circular economy development and the national energy saving, is of great significance to the development of thermal power industry, which is established with a scientific evaluation method.
