Studies Of The Design Of The Industry Chain Of The Petrochemical Eco-Industrypark Based On The Concept Of Circular Economy

Petrochemical industry is an important pillar of our national economy,it is an integral part of economic development.However,the existing linear development model of the petrochemical industry and the problems of high pollution and high consumption caused by it have not met the needs of green development and the construction of an ecological civilization of China.Nowadays our government requires all petrochemical enterprises to enter the industrial park,use the concept of circular economy and the ideas of green development to transform and build new chemical Eco-industrial parks,and respond to the call of ecological civilization construction in China to reproduce green water and blue skies.The so-called Eco-industrial park is based on the theory of circular economy and industrial ecology,to establish the sharing of material and energy among enterprises in the park,and to make the industrial production,resource utilization and ecological environment forming a virtuous cycle of industrial symbiotic system.Eco-industrial Park is an important way to practice circular economy,meanwhile the Eco-industrial chain is the aorta and essence of Eco-industrial park.The design of Eco-industrial chain plays a decisive role in the development of the park.At present,the design and construction of industry chain of petrochemical industrial park in China have not been mature yet.How to improve the design of Eco-industrial parks by constructing a petrochemical Eco-industrial chain will be an important issue for the green and sustainable development of the petrochemical industry.This paper first elaborates the basic theory of the design and construction of the petrochemical Eco-industrial chain such as circular economy,industrial ecology and Eco-industrial parks,and studies the implementation steps and indicators of the material and energy flow analysis,analyses the industrial chain design of the petrochemical park quantitatively through the analysis of material and energy.Applying the circular economy theory,this paper starts from the micro-level,analyzes the material and energy flow of the key enterprises,explores the direction of the vertical extension of the industrial chain,and then circulate from the meso-level,the quantitative analysis of the park,and finds the dimension of the horizontal expansion of the industrial chain.By comparing and analyzing the Singapore Jurong Petrochemical Park and Shanghai Petrochemical Industrial Park,we set up corresponding indicators system to guide the design and construction of petrochemical industry chain.
