Power frequency parameters measurement of high-voltage transmission line is wide range of applications in electricity sector. How to quickly get accurate and high precision parameter results though simplified line-measurements is a challenging topic. This paper adopt harmonic analysis to measure harmonic percentage and initial phase, and the harmonic analysis method to measure power frequency parameter of high-voltage transmission line.Software part of simulating the measured signal using VB math functions, verify the correctness of writing the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) program, verify the correctness o Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT) program. In the developed high-voltage line parameter measurement apparatus it has been completed harmonic analysis,and computed all kinds of power frequency parameters of high-voltage transmission line.These are displayed harmonic percentage, initial phase and frequency parameters by liquid crystal.This article includes:1..It is designed interface circuit of AD974 and written interface software of AD974.2.The harmonic has been done analysis through VB simulation,and it is verified algorithm of harmonic analysis.3.These ideas have realized power frequency parameters measurement of high-voltage transmission line and harmonic measurement through harmonic analysis.Experiments prove that the system has high real-time capability and good operability. And it has practical application significance of power frequency parameters measurement for high-voltage transmission line.
