Study On The Design Flood Of Reservoir's Danger Removal And Reinforcement In ShanDong Province

Flood is one of the earliest natural phenomena human faced; it closely related to our production and life. In five thousand years of development in our country, flood occurred often and seriously threatens people's lives and property. It is estimated that approximately two-thirds of our country land face the treatment of flood. As the main engineering means of promote the advantages and eliminate the disadvantages, reservoir is widely used in north China.Since 1949,5470 reservoirs were built in Shandong province:32 seats of large, 152 seats of medium and 5286 seats of small. It preliminary build a flood control and disaster alleviation project integrated system for the body of reservoir. They played an important role in urban flood safety, water supply and maintain ecological. Otherwise, most of the reservoirs were built at the end of the 1950s to the beginning of 1970s, with the limited of technical and economic conditions, the design criteria and construction quality of them couldn't reach the standard requirement of today. Had more engineering problems and tail works, their facilities are imperfect. After thirty or forty years of operation, their engineering was disrepair severe. Not to say full effect, but became seriously dangers. To reinforce the danger-eliminating dilapidated reservoir is imperative. Through the second half of 2007, the census identified 4114 dilapidated reservoirs.In the safety appraisal and reinforcement design, the flood review is the first to solve. It directly affects the safety of the project, investment and benefit. It is one of the most important links of reservoir reinforcement design.The research on the design flood carried out earlier in our country and it already formed a mature calculation method. It mainly based on the actual measured data, using frequency analysis method of design flood calculation. Based on Shandong reinforcement engineering design of reservoir, this paper systematically discusses the design and calculation method of it. The results are stages and they also were some personal opinions.In some sense, the research on the design flood in Shandong reservoir plays a guiding role in the future and provides basis for the inspection.
