Study On Problems Of Passenger Site Layout In Railway Terminal

Considering studies about layout planning and designing of railway terminal passenger station in China, issues such as the overall layout planning and interface with other model of transportation of passenger station within the range of railway terminal is lack of systematic and comprehensive analysis.So, under the new circumstances of concentrating urban transport mode and railway passenger station into an integrated railway transfer hub which is used as a important means of transport for urban passengers and intercity passengers, to study the layout planning problems of railway terminal passenger station, we are able to further improving and deepen the theory of layout planning and designing of it, then we can also provide theoretical basis for the planning and designing and passenger organization of passenger station in practice. These has important theoretical significance and practical meaning for strengthening the future station building and passenger transport organization,as well as improving the efficiency of passenger transportation.Not only the position of station in railway terminal is taken into account, but also the junction form of railway station and urban transit system should be considered.Firstly, station can be regarded as a transporting site in different type of railway terminal, and the layout form of major station is studied. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional layout planning methods, putting forward planning method and thought under new designing concept of station layout, the author clarifies the research direction of this paper.Next, based on the analysis of the main influence factors of passenger station layout, the paper builds mixed-integer programming model with the object function of obtaining the minimum cost including station investment cost, station operating cost, capacity-occupancy costs and passenger travel cost, then the model is solved and adjusted actually in order to get the layout scheme selection sets for evaluating. At last the model is demonstrated through numerical example.Then, based on the analysis of the particularity of the dedicated passenger line and the effects to the railway terminal station layout planning when introducing passenger dedicated line, the paper established a synthetic evaluation index system of the passenger stations layout schemes. Subsequently, determining the weight of the index with Analytical Hierarchy Process method, and using entropy techniques to amend the weight so as to further ensure the accuracy of them, so as Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in selecting the schemes. Finally, using Chengdu railway terminal as the background, conducting a comprehensive evaluation of its passenger station layout planning for introduction of dedicated passenger line in accordance with the methods and steps of previous two chapters, so as to obtain a more feasible new planning scheme of the terminal layout. Then taking the passenger station as a transport facilities with the range of city, analyzing specific issues of the New Chengdu station such as the yard layout program, main facility configuration and station area planning.
