Study On The Scheme Evaluation Of Changsha-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line Introduced Into Guiyang Terminal

With the construction of Chinese Passenger Dedicated Lines(PDL), more and more PDL are introduced into the existing terminal with the change of terminal patterns. And terminal design and planning can be done well radically, if we know the way PDL introduced into terminal. Thus, introducing PDL into terminal will be effective,safe,unblocked and humanistic. Then economic and social benefic will be improved, the combination of railway terminal and city planning and development will be promoted. so as to lay the foundation for the research on evaluation methods introducing program, and it will be very useful for sustainable development of the terminal construction.From the view of people-oriented and sustainable development, some theories and methods of program evaluation with respect to introducing PDL into terminal are studied systematically in this paper. And the aspects are mainly as follows:The aspects about current status of Guiyang terminal,introducing new lines into terminal,existing problems,city planning,map planning of the original terminal and the general situation of Changsha-Kunming PDL are synthetically analyzed in this paper. And the stage for the follow-up study is set.Based on the analyses of introducing scheme and factors and methods of sites selection, introducing program is determined then mathematical model about scheme evaluation is established too, before the model is revised. this paper proposes an improved fuzzy evaluation method from the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of several Comprehensive evaluation methods. That is using fuzzy-matrix comprehensive evaluation to evaluate. This method is not denying the original methods, but rather to improve the original method In which, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to evaluate the program synthetically, then better introducing scheme is determined.On the basis of the previous study, this paper do some research on the program of Changsha-Kunming PDL introduced into Guiyang terminal.Based on the study about the factors of comprehensive passenger station layout,yard divided,multiple-unit depot setting,throat untwining and division of passenger station etc, evaluation index system of station layout is established.Finally, the full text of the research and results are summarized, and innovation points are presented with the next step work prospected at the end of the paper.
