At the same time, technological innovation of focus areas, such as engineering design and construction,rolling stock, communication signal, train control, dispatch, passenger service has been put forward with newly higher requirements.On the background of Hainan East Central Railway Construction, this paper does three-dimensional design and finite element analysis for Wheel-rail-type Gantry Crane's main metal frame with computer-aided design and computer aided engineering analysis techniques.Firstly, three-dimensional model of the component parts of Gantry Crane main metal frame is created and assembled in the SolidWorks environment. Then, finite element analysis is done for the Gantry Crane's main metal frame structure with Seamless plug-in Cosmos Works of SolidWorks.Owing to computer-aided design and Computer Aided Engineering Analysis Techniques, the operations of Enterprises have been changed From serial into parallel, and a new design and production technology management system have been established to short the product development cycle and Improve labor productivity.Parametric design and variable technology are applied to reduce duplication and improve efficiency. |
