| Expansion revamp of mine will increase the burden of hoister foundation, and abnormal vibration will also adverse bad effects on the foundation, therefore we need to study the vibration characteristics of hoist foundation. Bring in the elastic half space computing model, use Lysmer analogy method to figure the amplitude of hoister foundation, and solve Lysmer equations to obtain the relation between displacement and time under the sine load. Do the dynamic test on hoister foundation and gathering the foundation vibration acceleration time history curve, then do spectrum analysis. Build finite element model and do eigenvalue analysis to get the orders of modal frequency. Do dynamic time history analysis and confirm the dangerous acceleration. The following results and conclusions are obtained:1) According to the calculation results of solution Lysmer equation, the theoretical solution is divided into two parts:formed by the attenuation of damping vibration and over time by the form of periodic forced vibration.2) Based by drum hoist vibration motor, reducer, steel rope traction operation, etc, the function of dynamic load stress is relatively complex, which leads to its frequency is more complex. According to the results of the hoist foundation vibration power spectrum analysis in the normal operation of elevator, the vibration frequency of high frequency, based on large type.3) Through the base of the characteristic value of each order modal characteristic value is far less than by power spectrum analysis of the vibration frequency, thus the normal operation of elevator, the vibration frequency base will not cause adverse effects.4) According to the results of the dynamic time history analysis foundation vibration time history curves of displacement and acceleration time history curve has a high correlation, this is because the hoist foundation stiffness is very big, in its vibration modal response of its influence is very small.5) Under 1.5 times of the normal operation of the load, the basis of vibration displacement reaches limit, acceleration vibration acceleration at this time of danger.6) By using the finite element simulation results compared with the calculated value with the actually measured value, the established finite element model is reasonable, this method can be applied to hoist the basis of monitoring and early warning system.7)System operation results show that the based monitoring and early warning system in the hoist safety monitoring and risk early warning is reliable. |
