The Study On The Plant Designing And Recreational Function Of Comprehensive Park

The urban comprehensive park is the main part of urban environment construction, also one important component of urban recreational system. Meanwhile, the plant landscape is the most important landscape element in comprehensive park, which constitutes the rich and colorful environment for recreation with the terrain, water, construction and other factors together. With the enhancement of public ecological and environmental awareness and requirements for the quality of recreation, the construction of a comprehensive park must break the shackles of traditional ideas and foster a people-centered thinking, regarding plant landscape as the top priority of a park's construction. Plant landscape design also has to combine with recreational functions planning, to make recreational functions play better.Chengdu is represented as the large and medium cities, which is the fast-growing cities and its landscape construction is carried on in an orderly manner. The work of many new parks' planning and construction is forward in full swing, eagerly needing for new theories and mature experience to guide the practice of parks'building.This article is based on the general research of park plant, summarized the environment characteristics of comprehensive park:fist, The land scale is big, the essential factors are varied; second, The number of tourists is big, the personnel are complex; third, The function of amusement and rest is rich, the space divisions are varied;forth, The plant occupies the dominant position in the environment system; fifth, the botanical garden essential factor relates closely。Analysis The type of activity and the space's request of tourist amusement in the comprehensive park, Draws the following conclusion:Static state and dynamic amusement rest activity needs the whole Environment comfortableness,which can provide shade in Summer, be able to sun in winter. The static space also requests the space to be stay possible; The dynamic space also requests the way of the landscape richness continuity.Based on the above achievement direction, from three aspects.discussed how use the plants disposition to build the space of amusement and rest。"Using the own watching characteristic of plants, creates the comfortable overall environment fully", "Fallen leaf and evergreen plant combination disposition, Satisfies the different requests from winter and summer", "using plant's spatial characteristic and construction function reasonably, Building suitably amusement and rest space"。To explore the convergence between parks" plant landscape and recreational functions, the paper choiced Chengdu People's Park and Huan Huaxi Park as the research object, and carried out a detailed investigation on 48 typical plant landscapes of the two parks. With a detailed analysis to the plant species composition, plant configuration (layout and vertical hierarchy structure), landscape effects, types of plant space and recreation functions of every plot, the paper summarized the characteristics and features of the plant landscape of the comprehensive parks in Chengdu and also summed up their problems combined with investigation on the other comprehensive parks of Chengdu. At last, the paper proposed some strategies to optimize the parks'plant landscape of Chengdu.
