Study On General Layout Of Children Welfare Institution

Children Welfare Institution is undertaken by Ministry of Civil Affairs.It takes responsibility to bring orphans up,and most of them are disabled children.Children Welfare Institution is the place that orphans grow up form the day they had been abandoned until the day they become adults.The complex architectural functions and the various use crowd of Children Welfare Institution brought the difficulties in architecture design.The article is focused on the general layout of Children Welfare Institution.Based on the analysis of the components and the influencing factors of general plane of Children Welfare Institution,this paper sets out the investigation of design approaches and remain problems of current Children Welfare Institution general plane.According to the deficiencies of current general layout.The article raises three principles of Children Welfare Institution general layout.By combining conceptual analysis and present condition analysis,this paper summarizes key points of general layout in three aspects as layout patterns,traffic organizations and outdoor spaces.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as blow:The first chapter mainly brings out the research point of this paper.By analyzing national policies on child-welfare and related data,inducting related researches on Children Welfare Institution,the article choose the general layout of Children Welfare Institution as the subject to study.Also,,this chapter confirms the confines,contents,methods,purpose,significance of the research.The second chapter focuses on conceptual analysis of general layout of Children Welfare Institution,analyzes the components and the influencing factors of Children Welfare Institution general plane and studies the effects of those points on general layout.The third chapter focuses on present condition analysis,sets out the investigation of design approaches and remain problems of current Children Welfare Institution general plane.The forth chapter puts forward three principles of Children Welfare Institution general layout and explains each principle and its influence on general layout.The fifth chapter sums up the main points of Children Welfare Institution general layout in three aspects and explains every points along with its effects on general layout.The results of this paper combines characteristics with general layout,having guide meaning to future Children Welfare Institution design and can be used for reference to reconstruction of existing Children Welfare Institution and the children department of Social Welfare Institute design.
